End-of-School Year Beachy Cupcakes 🧁☀️

I dropped off a fun little treat to my sister’s classroom to help celebrate the last day of school, and let’s just say—the kids were already hyped up on sugar before these even made it through the door! 😅

I kept things simple with a boxed vanilla cake mix (because let’s be honest—sometimes that’s just the move!), and then made a batch of blue buttercream frosting to give each cupcake a summery, beachy vibe.

To top them off, I added:

    •    A peach ring to act as a float

    •    A Teddy Graham nestled inside, looking like he was ready to lounge poolside all day

They turned out so cute and were the perfect send-off into summer break. The kids loved them—and seeing their faces light up made my day.

Big thank you to our teachers for another amazing school year. Your patience, creativity, and love never go unnoticed (especially when you send kids home with a sugar buzz and a smile!).
