Fatherās Day this year was such a sweet one for our familyāand a little extra special because it was Jonathanās first Fatherās Day. We kept the day super simple, but it turned out to be one of those easygoing celebrations that just felt right.
We hosted a low country boil for dinner - shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes . And to keep things stress-free, we went with all disposable tableware and flatware, which made cleanup an absolute breeze.
For dessert, we got a little creative and put together a sāmores board, complete with graham crackers, chocolate, marshmallows, and a few fun toppings. We brought out some catering butane fire cans, and everyone sat around the table, roasting marshmallows and building their own perfect sāmores. It was such a hit!
The whole evening was full of laughs, good food, and sweet moments that made this first Fatherās Day one to remember. Nothing fancyājust time together, and thatās what made it so perfect.
